We took over the PhysioPro after the previous developer failed to provide what the client required and left significant security flaws in the code.

PhysioPro is a continuing professional development app for physiotherapists. The client had paid a previous developer to build it, but what came back did not do what they had asked for, and a closer look showed the code carried significant security flaws that put user data at risk.

It is a horrible position to be in. You have spent the money, you have an app that only half works, and you cannot trust the people who built it to put things right. The client came to us wanting a straight answer on what was wrong, and a clear route to a version they could actually rely on.

We started by taking ownership of the existing code and going through it properly, so we understood exactly how the app was put together and where the problems were.

From there, every piece of work was graded into tokens and a value, and approved before we touched it. No open-ended bills and no surprises, just a clear price for each step of the rebuild.

We removed the security vulnerabilities, rebuilt the app to accepted standards, and handed it back working and fully owned by the client. They now have a secure, solid base to build on, with ongoing work handled a token at a time, each job approved before it starts.
